The People's Democratic Republic of the United Provinces of East Cyberia

Section 1:

According to the procedures set forth in Section 1 and Section 2 of Operating Resolution 2, the following member of UPEC, Mike Rosario, is hereby elected to occupy the Executive position of "Moderator".

1-1:

The duties of the "Moderator" shall be the same as those described in the East Cyberian Discussion Board Act (2 of 1999).

Section 2:

This law, and thus the Executive term of Mike Rosario, shall expire one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of the acceptance of this proposal.

SO ENACTED on Friday October the 8th, 1999, in the Common Era by the mandate of 100% of those voting with 0.0% of the active membership not voting.
