BE IT NOTED: The pronouns "ze", "hir" and "hirs" shall for the purposes of this document describe any person or thing henceforth mentioned or implied; and shall be understood according to the context in which used.
Section 1: Inactivity Clause
1-1:
A comrade's membership in Eudaimonia shall be considered temporarily expired if said comrade does not cast a vote on any one proposal at any time.
1-1-1:
For the purposes of this document "proposal" is defined as described in Section 1-2-1 of Operating Resolution Two (2).
1-1-2:
For the purposes of this document "vote" is defined as a public declaration of assent, dissent or abstention from declaring either assent or dissent, to any particular proposal.
1-2:
A comrade whose membership has temporarily expired as defined in Section 1-1 of this document may, at any time, have hir membership automatically reinstated by publically declaring hir desire for its reinstatement.
