The People's Democratic Republic of the United Provinces of East Cyberia
Resolved: That Mala and Windsor Islands are Provinces claimed by both The [United Provinces of East Cyberia] and The [Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia]. The Citizens of UPEC will enter into negotiations with the government of The VCC with the intent to resolve this conflict.
Negotiations will be aimed to reach these goals:
- The Claims of both nations are valid
- The citizens of Mala and Windsor Islands will decide which
nation to follow at any [one] time.
SO DEFEATED on Thursday July the 1st, 1999, in the Common Era
by the mandate of 33.33% of those voting with 30% of the People
not voting.
