Section 1. This resolution shall be known as the "Looking to the future" resolution.

Section 2. This resolution shall be voted upon immediately, but shall not go into effect unless the "Shedding the Past" resolution has passed according to the laws of East Cyberia.

Section 3. A new group shall take the place of "East Cyberia." It shall be called "Eudaimonia."
Section 3.1 Current former-"citizens" of East Cyberia shall have automatic membership in the group "Eudaimonia."
Section 3.2 All "laws" of the former "East Cyberia" shall be reviewed and voted upon to become applicable to "Eudaimonia." This may be done in a "lump ballot."
Section 3.2.1 A "lump ballot" shall be defined as a list of the laws that shall be voted upon en masse.
