Section 1. This resolution shall be known as the "Looking to the future" resolution.

Section 2. This resolution shall be voted upon immediately, but shall not go into effect unless the "Shedding the Past" resolution has passed according to the laws of East Cyberia.

Section 3. A new group shall take the place of "East Cyberia." It shall be called "Eudaimonia."
Section 3.1 Current former-"citizens" of East Cyberia shall have automatic membership in the group "Eudaimonia."
Section 3.2 All "laws" of the former "East Cyberia" shall be reviewed, Amended and voted upon to become applicable to "Eudaimonia."

SO DEFEATED on Saturday January the 8th, 2000, in the Common Era by the mandate of 50% of those voting with 20.00% of the active membership not voting.
Assented to under procedures set forth by Operating Resolution Two and the Inactivity Act (1 - '99).
