Election Act 1 of 2000
Eudaimonia

Section 1:
According to the procedures set forth in Section 1 and Section 2
of Operating Resolution 2, the following member of Eudaimonia,
Mike Rosario, is hereby elected to occupy the Executive position
of "Moderator".
1-1:
The duties of the "Moderator" shall be the same as
those described in the Eudaimonic Public Discussion Board Act (2
of 1999).
Section 2:
This law, and thus the Executive term of Mike Rosario, shall
expire one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of the
acceptance of this proposal.

SO ENACTED on Thursday April the 6th, 2000, in the Common Era
by the mandate of 100% of those voting with 28.57% of the active
membership not voting.
Assented to under procedures set forth by Operating Resolution
Two and the Inactivity Act (1 - '99).
