Section 1:

According to the procedures set forth in Section 1 and Section 2 of Operating Resolution 2, the following member of Eudaimonia, Mike Rosario, is hereby elected to occupy the Executive position of "Moderator".

1-1:

The duties of the "Moderator" shall be the same as those described in the Eudaimonic Public Discussion Board Act (2 of 1999).

Section 2:

This law, and thus the Executive term of Mike Rosario, shall expire one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of the acceptance of this proposal.

SO ENACTED on Saturday September the 23nd, 2000, in the Common Era by 100% mandate with 16.66% of the active membership not voting.
Assented to under procedures set forth by Operating Resolution Two and the Inactivity Act (1 - '99).
