Elemental Act (URC Constitution) Ahhh, the URC Constitution, our groundrules, our Operating Resolution, our organic law, our foundational situational.... er.... you get the drift. ;) If you need to know the very basics of how we operate, this is the place to go -- though make no mistake, it's not a short read, and the Adjudicative Part could take a twice-over to really get. We recommend if you really want to read the Elemental Act cover to cover, head to a URC shop and buy the fully printed and bound version.
