Anti-Victimization Act Most all of the URC's conduct rules and regulations are codified here. The gist of this noble Act is: if you feel you've been wronged, or have witnessed a child or animal being wronged, don't be silent, look it up here and bring it to light, and the perpetrators can be dealt with in an appropriate manner. This is meant to be a loving community of good caring people. If someone has been mucking that up, they're the ones at fault, and they're the ones who are supposed to be held responsible for their actions and even made to leave the community if necessary, not their victims.
